Couples Photoshoot | Lauren Newman | Wedding Photographer

Getting to wander around the streets of Toronto is always fun. There’s a great mix of traditional and modern architecture, which as a portrait photographer, gives so much more variety than you would usually find in a suburban setting.

Burrrrr it was cold! But with a healthy amount of tea breaks (in the many cute coffee/tea shops around) I headed out with Reece & Obra to photograph this Januarys’ couples session in the Distillery District in downtown Toronto.

The brick lanes brought me back to Europe, all those cobbled alley ways and little shops and having snow around made it even more whimsical. Reece and Obra are such sweet hearts, and matched the cold with great! I found it a challenge to pick which images to include for the blog, as there were so many! Hope you enjoy going through this awesome, joyful Toronto couples photoshoot as much as I did!
